Erick Brian Colón, the Cuban singer who rose to fame as a member of the boy band CNCO, will play a solo concert on November 5 at La Maraka in Mexico City, Mexican outlets ContraRéplica and Efecto Colateral reported.

Born in Havana, Erick Brian moved to the United States as a teenager. In 2015 he joined La Banda, the Univision talent show produced by Ricky Martin that gave birth to CNCO. He was the youngest member of the group, whose album Primera cita (2016) reached number one on Billboard's Top Latin Albums chart and which carried hits such as "Reggaetón lento", "Hey DJ" and "Mamita" around the world. The band also opened for Ricky Martin's One World Tour.

The La Maraka show is part of his solo chapter, in which the Havana native brings his own repertoire to Mexican audiences, among CNCO's most loyal fans since the beginning.
