The Assembly of the Cuban Baseball Federation (FCB) elected Juan Reynaldo Pérez Pardo as its new president today.
The meeting, which was attended by the heads of the Cuban Olympic Committee (COC) and the Inder, Roberto León Richards and Osvaldo Vento Montiller, respectively, also approved the renewal of the executive board, made up of 11 members.
Pérez Pardo, Doctor in Physical Culture Sciences, succeeds Higinio Vélez Carrión in the position, who sadly passed away on May 12 of last year due to complications associated with COVID-19.
