Geannis Garzón is a Cuban freestyle wrestler from Santiago de Cuba who competes in the 74-kilogram division. He is the son of fellow wrestler Geandry Garzón Caballero, who represented Cuba at the 2008 Beijing and 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.
Garzón first drew attention on the junior circuit by winning gold at the 2025 Pan American Junior Championship in Asunción, Paraguay, and a silver medal at that year's Pan American Junior Games. In 2026 he moved up to the senior ranks and won the Pan American title, confirming his rise among the continent's top wrestlers in his weight class.
On July 31, 2026, he won the gold medal in the men's freestyle 74 kg division at the XXV Central American and Caribbean Games in Santo Domingo, his first appearance at the regional Games. On his way to the title he defeated El Salvador's Kevin Alemán (11-0) in the quarterfinals and the Dominican Republic's Julio Rodríguez (9-3) in the semifinals, before dominating Venezuela's Ibsen Aguilar in the final.
