Aylín Mujica Ricard

Aylín Mujica Ricard (Havana, November 24, 1974) is a Cuban actress, model and television host. She trained in folk dance, classical ballet and choreography at the National Ballet School, and studied dramatic arts at the Higher Institute of Art and film at the International Film School, in Havana.

In 1992 she moved to Mexico, where she began her career as a model in commercials and music videos. Starting in 2006 she moved into Telemundo telenovelas, with notable roles in productions such as "Marina," "Corazón valiente" — where she played the villain Fernanda del Castillo — and "Los miserables." She has also hosted television programs and appeared on reality shows such as Univision's "La Casa de los Famosos."

Mujica is the mother of three children: Mauro Menéndez, Alejandro Gaviria Jr. and Violeta Valenzuela.
