Cuban outfielder Randy Arozarena of the Seattle Mariners was activated from the 10-day injured list on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, returning to the lineup in time for the opener of a three-game series against the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Arozarena had been sidelined since June 13 with a left hamstring strain, suffered while trying to beat out an infield ground ball against the Washington Nationals on June 12. In the corresponding roster move, infielder/outfielder Connor Joe, who hit .179/.289/.308 with one home run in 21 games, was optioned to Triple-A Tacoma.

The 31-year-old Pinar del Río native has been the Mariners' most productive position player in 2026, slashing .291/.377/.448 with an .825 OPS, seven home runs, 33 RBIs, and 19 stolen bases in 71 games. He leads the team with a 2.5 bWAR and is on track to make the AL All-Star team for the second consecutive season.

Seattle enters the series with a 40-39 record and a 1.5-game lead in the American League West.
