Cuban-born outfielder Randy Arozarena of the Seattle Mariners blasted his second home run of the 2026 MLB season on Sunday, April 19, in his team's victory over the Texas Rangers at T-Mobile Park.

In the bottom of the fifth inning, with Seattle leading 3-0, Arozarena — batting fourth and playing left field — connected off starter MacKenzie Gore. The 347-foot shot, clocked at 104 mph off the bat, struck the foul pole and extended the Mariners' lead.

With this blast, Arozarena moved to 399 career RBIs in the major leagues, sitting just one away from becoming the 31st Cuban-born player to reach 400 career RBIs in MLB history, according to Baseball Reference. His previous home run of the season had come on April 1 against the Houston Astros, making the Texas Rangers the tenth team to which Arozarena has hit the most home runs throughout his professional career.

Randy Arozarena González, born February 28, 1995, in Havana, began his major league career with the St. Louis Cardinals in 2019 before being traded to the Tampa Bay Rays, where he won the Rookie of the Year Award in 2021. He now plays for the Seattle Mariners. In international play, he has represented Mexico in the last two editions of the World Baseball Classic.
