Cuban pianist and composer Harold López-Nussa premiered his musical version of Buey Cansao, which is the recent collaboration with singer Cimafunk, in which they pay tribute to the emblematic group Los Van Van.

The audiovisual production, directed by Nelson Ponce and Raúl Valdés, reveres the sound legacy of what is known as the Machinery of Cuba and is part of the new album, Te lo dije, which brings together 11 tracks filled with rhythms such as songo, mozambique, jazz and reggaeton.

The music video takes up a classic from the musical staff of the island popularized by bassist and composer Juan Formell, and displays a futuristic aesthetic without losing the musical cadence of the 80s, accompanied by López-Nussa's instrumental talent and Cimafunk's unique style.

The visual presentation recreates an entire golden era for popular dance music in Cuba led by the legendary band that has been recognized, inside and outside the island, as the Train of Cuban music, winner of the Latin Grammy and the Grammy for Musical Excellence.

The proposal features members of the prestigious company Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba, under the choreographic direction of teachers Claudia Valdivia and Diana Fernández, and completes the series of collaborations of the phonogram - Jocosa Guajira, Te lo dije and Jazz Ton- that is gaining followers on social media.

In short, a group of stars have come together to offer an audiovisual product of high quality in the age of coronavirus.
