The Cuban duo Buena Fe will soon launch on its YouTube channel the audiovisual for the song Quién olvidó, which becomes a tribute to ballet and three exceptional figures of that universe in Cuba.

The prima ballerina assoluta Alicia Alonso, dancer Fernando Alonso and the recently deceased maître Ramona de Saá (Chery), who for a long time directed the National Ballet School, inhabit the legacy and spirit in the music video, the result of the ingenuity of photographer Gabriel Dávalos and filmmaker Leandro de la Rosa.

In statements to Prensa Latina via WhatsApp, the renowned artist of the lens expressed that the new material speaks, essentially, of dance in function of the evolution of society.

Escaping from the aesthetic beauty of a discipline habitually associated with the elite to break into people's everyday lives was one of the sensations they set out to convey with the work, in which the dancers of the prestigious Cuban school overflow with art to caress our souls.

The composition returns to memory those who perpetuated a mark in our lives, declared on another occasion Israel Rojas, lead voice of the group, while the clip provokes "the search for a place where we experience happiness."

Quién olvidó is part of the album Morada launched in 2023 under the label of the Company of Recordings and Musical Editions, a reflection of the artistic wealth of young people who invite pleasure with each refined harmony.

"The heart dances with its heartbeats. Energetic blood in journey. And the lungs mark their corridors. With clockwork synchronism." The chords of Buena Fe immerse us in an art as magical as its own lyrics.
