Camila Cabello joins Ed Sheeran at MetLife Stadium for “Bam Bam”

Camila Cabello made a surprise appearance on September 4, 2026, at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, joining Ed Sheeran to perform their 2022 collaboration “Bam Bam,” according to Us Weekly, NJArts and InMusicBlog.

Sheeran, on his Loop Tour, introduced Cabello as a friend of more than a decade and said the two had seen each other earlier that day in New York and decided to share the stage. Cabello, in a white cardigan and green sequined top, closed the number by telling him, “I love you.”

Born in Cojímar, Havana, in 1997, Cabello rose to fame with Fifth Harmony before building a solo career with hits including “Havana.” “Bam Bam” appears on her 2022 album Familia; the pair had previously collaborated on “South of the Border” (2019).

Daughter of a couple made up of Cuban Alejandro and Mexican Sinuhe, she grew up between Havana, Mexico, and Miami listening to artists like Celia Cruz and Alejandro Fernández. Camila Cabello is one of five teenage girls (Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane, and Lauren Jauregui) who are part of Fifth Harmony, a vocal group formed during the second season of the competition The X Factor USA, in July 2012. As they finished in third place in the competition, they signed a contract with Syco Music, owned by entertainer and music producer Simon Cowell, and shortly after released their first single, Miss Movin' On.
