William Valdés López

William Valdés is a Cuban-born actor and television host. Born in Havana, he entered Cuba's National Circus School at age five before relocating to Miami as a teenager. He began his acting career in telenovelas, including a role in the first season of "Grachi," and later appeared in "El rostro de la venganza" (2012) and "Voltea pa' que te enamores" (2014-2016). In 2013 he briefly joined the Mexican pop group CD9 before turning his focus to television hosting, working across major Spanish-language networks in the United States and Mexico, including "¡Despierta América!," "Exatlón México," "La Academia" and as co-host of the morning program "Venga la alegría." In 2026 he was named to People en Español's "50 Most Beautiful" list.
