In 1975, at 4 years of age, she began her career as an actress on television playing characters in stories, theatrical productions, series and soap operas such as Ramona, the Captain of the Caribbean, Secret Papers, A Fence Between Two Worlds, Wuthering Heights and others.
In 1990, already as a professional actress, she starred in several radio soap operas such as The Alley of Hope, Intolerance, Sugar, Cinnamon and Honey, among others.
She has performed voice dubbing in animated films, telenovelas and cartoons for the company HEKO.
Her work on television in the series The Kite Flyers, Passion and Prejudice, The Orphans of Obrapía and What I Have Left to Live has brought her great popularity among the Cuban public.
She has also ventured into theater, where her role in the play History of a Staircase by Antonio Buero Vallejo stands out.
In 1996, she made her film debut as the protagonist alongside Jorge Perugorría in the film Vertical Love, directed by Arturo Sotto.
