Lemay Valdés Amador

Participant in the oversight and assistance to "Raúl Díaz Argüelles" University in Guinea Bissau. Member of the Commission for the development of the postgraduate studies program in the Republic of South Yemen and responsible for the first graduation of the first five specialists in that country and the initiation of training for seven others.
