Eliodoro Manuel Porto

Film, television, theater, and radio actor. He began his artistic career in 1968. Founder and director of the Korimacao Artistic Project. He has represented Cuba in different national and international festivals and events, which have brought him awards and decorations in recognition of his artistic work.

His work as an actor, fundamentally in television, has allowed him to win not only numerous accolades, but also the admiration and respect of the public and critics.

Theater works such as Uncle Vanya, The Bonfire, The Flight of the Quetzal, or television series in the style of In the Footsteps of the Liberators, Someone Told Me About the Shipwrecks, The Border of Duty, The Falcon, The Seventh Family, More Than Just Dreaming, The Hidden Seed, When Water Returns to the Earth, The Majorcan's Treasure, The Contract, and many others are proof of such an intense career spanning more than thirty years. In 2019 he acts in the telenovela Beyond the Limit.

In 1992 he founded the Korimacao Community Artistic Ensemble in the Zapata Swamp. He currently continues directing this project, work that he alternates with his performance as an actor.
