The Cuban Erick Hernández set another world record for ball control in Havana by keeping the ball in motion using only his feet and without touching the ground for three hours, two minutes and three seconds.

Since then he has set several world records by striking the ball with his feet, knees, thighs, head and running 100 meters, among others.

Among these demonstrations he holds the one in which he managed to strike the ball with his entire body for one hour and 10 minutes, and another from a sitting position using only his feet, in three hours, three minutes, and 14 seconds.

The Cuban record holder explained that he began preparation for this test of skill last May, in which he relied on work to strengthen his abdominals, trunk and legs.

Initially his goal was to control the ball for one hour and 40 minutes, but in the end he extended the exercise for 83 additional minutes, he specified.

"The first minutes are the most difficult, as time went on I felt in condition to continue a bit more and I did," according to his statement to local sports media.

Hernández assured that he has a plan for next October to attempt a new world record, also in the sitting position with extra weight attached to his feet, but this time he will bounce the ball using only his head.
