Yotuel Romero will participate in Master Chef Celebrity

Yotuel will appear on the next MasterChef Celebrity in its sixth edition. Singer and songwriter, the Cuban who has just triumphed with 'Rebelde', his first song as a solo artist, in which he collaborates with Omar Montes and his wife, Beatriz Luengo, will showcase his cooking skills and we will see him with apron and chef's hat.

"Are you hungry my people? Apron on and ready to cook you some delicious food", said the Cuban musician on Facebook.

The Cuban singer will compete at the stove with well-known faces from music, film, television and even sports radio in Spain. Among them are the singers: David Bustamante, Tamara and rapper Arkano; the renowned actresses Victoria Abril and Verónica Forqué, actor Iván Sánchez; comedian Miki Nadal and journalist Juanma Castaño, among others.

Yotuel will be the second contestant of Cuban origin to participate in Masterchef Celebrity, as the Cuban model, Juan Betancourt participated in the second edition. Recently Yotuel has been seen on social media preparing some Cuban dishes, he has cooked everything from tostones to black beans. He also promoted the Spanish-Cuban omelette, a blend of the classic Spanish dish with Cuban ingredients.

Yotuel was part of the Cuban band Orishas for more than a decade, with their powerful and activist Cuban songs. With the song Patria y Vida released in early 2021 along with Descemer Bueno, Gente de Zona, Maykel Castillo "Osorbo" and Eliecer Márquez "El Funky", it accumulates hundreds of thousands of views on the different platforms.
