Yotuel Romero announces his upcoming projects

"I'm very busy. I'm going to film the new installment of Un paso adelante, I'm working on my new album, on a song with (Alejandro) Sanz, on another with Álvaro de Luna, on some things with my beloved gypsies Moncho Chavea, Original Elías and Omar Montes and on a documentary that will be released. There's a lot going on, but with family everything is possible".

In UPA Next, which Atresmedia is filming for its paid platform ATRESplayer PREMIUM, his wife Beatriz Luengo will also be present.

About his character, he also said: "I can't tell you how my participation will be because it's a mystery. It depends on many things… And I also don't know about Bea's part, because the producers have kept it a secret. But I do know it's going to be something very beautiful. Especially for Bea".

According to a press release, in this return of the series, Miguel Ángel Muñoz, Mónica Cruz and Luengo will participate, who will return to bring their popular characters Rober, Silvia and Lola to life; perhaps as school teachers.

They add, in this regard: "The main cast also includes actors Lucas Velasco and Marta Guerras who will play teachers Luiso and Sira, respectively. Furthermore, the new ATRESplayer PREMIUM series will also feature special episodic appearances, among which stands out that of Lola Herrera, who will return to play the iconic Carmen Arranz".

More than 15 years have passed since that series that marked generations and that many Cubans remember. In UPA Next, music and dance become protagonists again in each episode.

Dancer and choreographer Toni Espinosa will be responsible for the choreography and heading the musical part will be the audiovisual collective Manson, who has worked on music videos for artists and groups like Rosalía, C. Tangana, Katy Perry, Raw Alejandro, J. Balvin or Prodigy.
