Puerto Rican reggaeton veteran Wisin has joined Cuban reparto duo Dany Ome and Kevincito El 13 on a new single titled "Extrañarte," a collaboration the artists announced on social media in mid-August 2026. The romantic-themed track blends Wisin's polished pop-reggaeton sound with the raw, percussive style of Cuban reparto, the urban subgenre the Miami-based duo has helped push into the mainstream Latin market.

The pairing follows public praise Wisin gave the two Cuban artists earlier this summer, when he said he wanted to "congratulate them, because they're entering territory where they have no competition," pointing to their recent collaborations with international acts. Wisin also said he has long wanted to perform in Cuba itself, telling interviewers, "All my life I've wanted to go to Cuba to do a concert."
