Cuban musician Leoni Torres announced that once again he will share the stage with his compatriot and colleague, singer-songwriter Willy Chirino.

Through his social media, Torres communicated his decision, noting that he feels honored by this work, as music is not the only thing that unites him with Willy, but also a great friendship and deep admiration.

"Good things repeat themselves. It's an honor to share the stage again with @willychirino. Saturday, October 8th. Pembroke Pines. Charles F. Dodge City Center," Torres wrote on his Instagram account.

Both artists had already shared the stage together during the concert Dos Generaciones, Una Sola Cuba, in February of this year.

At that time they performed at the James L. Knight Center, and the evening was considered a resounding success, so on this occasion the enthusiasm of fans of both singers was considerable.

Chirino, for his part, also expressed in the past his admiration for Torres, and asked his audience to be ready for "what's coming."

"I have great respect for Leoni Torres as an artist and as a person. So get ready because what's coming…," he wrote on his own account, where the performer of Te Pongo a Bailar responded in turn with a comment.

"Singing with you is a great honor for me. A legend of our Cuban music who deserves admiration and respect. See you for the big show," Leoni wrote to him.

The public's comments also reveal the emotion they feel about both artists working together, and being able to see them reunited on stage.

Leoni and Willy Chirino have been a successful duo since the first time they collaborated together, with the song Para Mi Viejo, in 2019.

After leaving the Island to settle in the USA, Leoni has not stopped producing hits, and right now he is promoting another collaboration, Después de Mí, with his countryman, Diana Fuentes.
