A music video for the song "A Bolero for You" by Eliades Ochoa, which he included on his most recent album "Let's Dance a Son" (2020), has been available on digital platforms since late August, this time alongside flamenco singer Argentina María López Tristancho.

"A Bolero..." gives its name to the artist's self-titled album with Egrem, with which he won the Latin Grammy Award in 2012 in the best traditional tropical album category.

Ian Padrón is the director and screenwriter of the production, filmed in late 2019 at the Sputnik Studios in Seville, Spain, as well as at an old Arab estate called Hacienda Montija Hotel, and at Playa el Rompido in Huelva.

The new version masterfully unites flamenco with traditional Cuban music. Regarding this collaboration, Ochoa has expressed: "Flamenco has the magic of blending with other rhythms, achieving an impressive sound, and if that other rhythm is a bolero, the mixture turns out to be brilliant."

For her part, Argentina also agrees that flamenco has the versatility to blend with other music without clashing, and the bolero fits into the rhythm of flamenco tangos, just as happens with other genres like copla or fado.

The music video also features José Quevedo on flamenco guitar, and the dance couple of Emilio and Noelia, both from well-established Andalusian families.

About this album, Ochoa has said: "I want them to remember what Eliades Ochoa was like, and I say what he was like because we're talking about the future. What Eliades Ochoa is like, a man of the people. I want them to talk a lot about this song, 'Let's Dance a Son'."

After suspending his international tour in which he was promoting the album in Europe due to COVID-19, the musician took the initiative to broadcast a program every Saturday at his house at 4:00 p.m. through his YouTube channel, in which for 30 minutes he receives calls from followers from all over the world, whom he delights with the songs they request.

Additionally, he has joined the online concerts offered by multiple artists, doing so through his website.
