"All About Me" new single by Luna Manzanares

Mysticism is an inseparable part of Luna Manzanares. Love is too. Now she brings them together with her melodious voice in "All of Me", a song she released on February 14. "The song came about spontaneously. It's based on the love story of two friends, Alberto Torres and Yesica, his wife. It was one of those songs that comes out in one sitting, from top to bottom, just as it is. We can all at some point have a story that identifies us with this single," Luna assures.

Just two years ago, the artist set herself the challenge of a new album, and as a bonus, to make it from her own inspiration. Luna Manzanares is constantly creating, growing, reinventing herself as a musician and as a person.

"It's a very personal album, based on a tarot reading. That's why it's a mystical album and that also makes it personal, because since childhood esotericism and spirituality have been very linked to my life. All the women in my family have this spiritual sensitivity as a characteristic. The album isn't specifically about this.

The Tarot cards are a means, a justification to be able to recount moments of her life that marked her or were important," Luna explains about her album Luna Nueva. Each song in the record tells a specific event from Luna's life and the cards give it coherence, a succession, and at the same time allow her to fill each of the stories with a bit of magic, stories that in the end can be lived by anyone. Moreover, this album is visually very rich because the audio cover of each song is a tarot card, but with a much more modern vision.

"I had been cooking up the idea of Luna Nueva. I always dreamed of being able to bring several songs together and make an album. There came a time in my life when I had enough time and support to compose and release these songs." If you ask Luna about her expectations with the album, she says that just having made it is already an achievement and "hopefully people will receive it in a heartfelt way.

I aspire for whoever listens to the songs to feel identified or find some reflection of themselves in what they hear. For me, Luna Nueva is already a dream." "If I stop to think about what I would expect from the album in terms of outcomes and such, well, at this moment I would make a completely different album because life and circumstances, people's perspective and people's needs change."

Luna is always creating. Now she's been working for five months on the musical about Tina Turner's life in Madrid. "It's an experience that's making me grow. I've revealed to the public that I've done musical theater at other times, so this is another facet of my life." She's also composing and seeking collaborations with international artists.

"The visual narrative is based on a minimalist concept, accompanied by a desaturated image, first-rate cinematography direction and metaphorical elements that directly emphasize the sensuality of the artist," explains Julio Martínez, director of El Cartel Estudio who were in charge of producing the music video for "All of Me". To achieve this goal, they relied on cinematography direction and an intimate and erotic setting, and thus, between the contrasted lighting and suggestive elements such as bee honey and flowers, the most sensual side of Luna Manzanares is shown.

With this composition, honor is paid to the title of the song. Why choose a more intimate and minimalist design in the music video? –"These are times where less is more and in this project we set out to achieve a product different from what's usual in the market. Far from selling a commercial and colorful image, we tried to show the most intimate and feminine side of the artist, taking advantage of Luna's versatility and projection." What are the expectations with this audiovisual product? –"Our greatest achievement will be for the viewer to feel as satisfied enjoying this material as our team was creating it, and to enjoy exploring a new phase of the artist. Professionally speaking, also showing our desire for evolution in the visual industry, creating materials that stand out from the usual."
