Tin Cremata Receives International Gaviota Prize in Mexico

Carlos Alberto "Tin" Cremata, director of the Children's Theater Company of Cuba "La Colmenita" received the "International Gaviota Prize," for his dedicated work leading this pedagogical and artistic project with more than 30 years of work, which has expanded throughout Cuba and the world.

The award was presented Thursday night at the José Luis Cuevas Museum in Mexico City.

Tin Cremata dedicated this recognition to the cherished and exemplary friendship between Cuba and Mexico.

The International Gaviota Prize is the highest award belonging to the Academy of Latin Awards; it was established in 1995 and is presented annually to Mexican and international personalities in various fields of life, with outstanding social commitment, trajectory, and talent.
