Legendary Puerto Rican reggaeton artist Don Omar premiered a new video for his song It's Me, a collaboration with his compatriot Wisin and the Cuban duo Gente de Zona.
The song was released on all digital platforms and everything suggests it could be one of the biggest hits to dance to this summer.
It's Me fuses urban and tropical rhythms, with Wisin's rap touch and the freshness of Cubans Randy Malcolm and Alexander Delgado. Don Omar, one of the pioneers of the genre, had spent years practically "disappeared" following legal disputes with his record label over the rights to some of his songs.
He announced his return with his song Flow HP, alongside Residente, where he debuted as a rapper. Additionally, he also allied with another of the current exponents: Nio García. "I'm enjoying this stage where I'm collaborating with colleagues I hadn't worked with before," said William Rivera, the real name of the King of Kings.
In a statement, the interpreter of Poor Devil assured that his new project is "a gathering of a group of friends who work and have a lot of fun doing what we're passionate about: music".
