Cuban outfielder Randy Arozarena hit his 23rd home run of the season on September 12, 2026, and drove in four runs as the Seattle Mariners crushed the Athletics 19-1 at Sutter Health Park in West Sacramento. According to Associated Press, ESPN and Pelota Cubana USA, it was one of five Mariners homers in the largest margin of victory in franchise history.

Batting second and playing left field, Arozarena went 2-for-5 with a three-run shot in the second inning — 411 feet, 102.8 mph exit velocity — that scored Weston Wilson and J.P. Crawford. The blast extended his sixth straight season with at least 20 home runs and 20 stolen bases.

Seattle piled up 23 hits, its most in a game since 2004. The Pinar del Río native is hitting .273 with 23 homers and 22 steals in 2026 and remains a everyday fixture in the Mariners lineup.
