Nahuel Pennisi will perform an online show in tribute to Silvio Rodríguez

Nahuel Pennisi spoke with Radio Nacional de Argentina from the province of Tucumán and previewed the show "Gracias Silvio", which he will broadcast via streaming on July 10th, in which he will perform songs by Cuban poet Silvio Rodríguez.

The prominent artist from Varela will review the Cuban's work on Friday, July 10th, in an exclusive recital with tickets on sale to watch from home.

Nahuel Pennisi joins the great artists who venture into live streaming, in a new way to be able to offer recitals in the middle of quarantine due to coronavirus.

The event will be on Friday, July 10th, at 8 p.m., in a live concert called "Gracias, Silvio", with a review of Silvio Rodríguez's work, on the guitar and voice of the prominent artist from Varela.

"During his last visit to the country, the Cuban troubadour and Nahuel met in person to merge forever in embraces and unforgettable words".

Since childhood Pennisi knew he was going to be a musician, he has been singing his whole life. Blind from birth, Pennisi, 29 years old, was raised in a home where music played a major role. At four years old he experimented as a self-taught musician with a keyboard until he reached the guitar, which today is the instrument he accompanies himself with and through which he best expresses himself, in addition to his voice.

He launched himself as a street performer at 16 years old in Buenos Aires and never abandoned music. Over time he became a professional who is characterized by combining the popular with the academic based on great sensitivity.
