Marcos Madrigal presented himself as a guest artist with the Philharmonic Orchestra of Bogotá

The general director of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Bogotá, David García, commented to the press about the presentation of Cuban pianist Marcos Madrigal, following his performance with this musical group.

García detailed that Marcos Madrigal is one of the most important pianists in the American continent and performed Frédéric Chopin's Concerto No. 2 in F minor at the Church of Santa Lucía, under the direction of guest conductor Bruno Ferrandis.

Likewise, he performed Antonín Dvořák's Opus 44, B.77 concerto in the context of the 2021 Season of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Bogotá.

Madrigal has offered recitals with renowned orchestras in some of the most important halls in the world such as the Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires; the Auditorio Parco de la Musica in Rome; the Queen Elizabeth Hall in London; the Volkstheater in Vienna; the Teatro Rossini in Pésaro; and the Gran Teatro Qintai in China, among others.

Since 2017 he has been the artistic director of Habana Clásica, an international classical music festival based in the Cuban capital.
