The renowned artists, Puerto Rican Marc Anthony and Cuban duo Gente de Zona, will offer a concert together for the first time in Panama, on August 7th.
According to an announcement published this Thursday on social networks by Alberto and Ricardo Gaitán, the brothers will join the great spectacle of the salsa star and reggaeton artists, as invited local artists.
During La Fiesta de los Latinos, as they call the presentation, the attending public will be able to enjoy the greatest hits of these popular musicians, among which stand out La gozadera and Traidora.
Organized by the company Magic Dreams INC, the concert will take place at the capital's Rommel Fernández stadium, with a capacity for 32 thousand spectators.
According to the digital site Radiomar, this is not the only presentation of Marc Anthony in Central America, as for August 11th he plans one at the Estadio Nacional Jorge 'El Mágico' González in El Salvador, with a capacity for 35 thousand people.
The source clarified that the show is part of the contract recently signed by the Puerto Rican singer with Cárdenas Marketing Network (CMN) and Magnus Talent Agency for 160 million dollars, which represents the largest economic compensation for an international tour of a Latin music artist.
Under the title of Legacy tour, the performer of popular songs such as Vivir mi vida, Flor pálida, ¿Ahora quién? and Valió la pena, will undertake a journey from October to December forthcoming through nine cities, among them Boston, New York, Miami, Los Angeles and San Juan, the capital of Puerto Rico, where he will close the tour.
As part of this agreement, Marc Anthony will also perform in other cities in Central America, South America, the Caribbean and Europe, through several tour cycles, clarified a report from the FM website.
Before, between August and September, the musician will perform in Peru, Colombia and Guatemala, according to his production company, which mentioned that it is also working on the creation of his next musical production, among other projects and collaborations.
His most recent album, Marc Anthony 3.0, presented in 2013, earned him 10 Billboard Latin Awards and a Latin Grammy nomination, in addition to other international recognitions.
