Luis Robert Jr. and Yoan Moncada bombard the Yankees with home runs

Team members of the World Baseball Classic, Luis Robert Jr. and Yoan Moncada, bombarded the Yankees with home runs in their iconic temple to help the Chicago White Sox to victory and capture the attention for Cuban baseball players in MLB in the recent game day.

The Yankees were victims of four home runs in one of the two games they played against the White Sox, in which the latter won with a score of six runs to five thanks to their long-distance hitting.

Chicago's team manufactured all their runs with home runs, as they connected one in the first inning with one on base, two solo shots in the third and another two-run homer in the seventh.

In the third inning, came the moment for the members of the Cuban contingent in MLB with their home runs. When the game was tied at two runs, Luis Robert hit one over center field (424 feet) and just minutes later, Moncada imitated him with a ball that flew 385 feet.

For La Pantera it was his 14th home run of the year, while for the Caribbean infielder it was his third in a season that has been marked by his physical problems.

On the pitching side, Raisel Iglesias came in relief for the Braves and notched his second win of the season, when he pitched one inning with two strikeouts.
