Cuban culinary arts has just reaffirmed its quality at the international level. Chefs Kevin Pérez and Enoch Tamayo Acosta won the Claudio Ferrer Copa América in the professional senior category. The title gave them a pass to the world championship, to be held in Singapore 2024.
At the event, in the junior section, chef Kevin Pérez and student Isabella Tamayo González participated, winners of the silver medal.
The competition, organized in Mar del Plata, Argentina, stimulated the development of gastronomy professionals and students from throughout the Americas, being a pleasant experience.
