Leoni Torres thanks his daughter Sheila

The popular Cuban singer Leoni Torres thanked his daughter Sheila for all the help she has given him for the cover and video of his new single.

"We have another artist in the family. It is a great pleasure to count on you my beautiful daughter @sheilatorresrapril and your contributions to this new project. Welcome to the world of training. New video coming," the musician wrote on his social networks.

Torres explained that his daughter is studying design and is very talented. "One of the main people who has helped me bring many ideas of this video to life is my daughter... I thank you," he commented.

The young woman responded to her father that she was grateful to him for the opportunity he was giving her.

"Super talented," commented actress Yuliet Cruz, Leoni's wife and mother of his two other children.

Sheila arrived in Miami in mid-December of last year. The 21-year-old young woman is the result of a previous relationship of Leoni's in his native Camagüey.

Leoni and the rest of the family arrived in the United States shortly after the massive demonstrations of July 11.

Both he and Yuliet Cruz denounced the violence with which the Havana regime had responded to the protesters.

"All of Cuba on the streets. It's time to listen to your people! Don't you dare attack a single Cuban! I'm sorry, gentlemen leaders of this country. If you don't know how to recognize your mistakes and try to fix everything bad you have done for years, you're going to have to kill us!" said the singer at that time.
