"«Otra Revolución» is a cry for liberation. It is a longing for change, equality and inclusion. It is a song to hope and faith in a new awakening. Written in January 2021, the song is inspired by the reality and feelings of the Cuban people and their brave steps in search of freedom of expression and thought, repressed for generations", the band wrote on their Instagram account.

The fusion between the band and the singer-songwriter comes after the young group premiered this song solo in October. The collaboration will not be the only one, as for next December 3rd they are preparing the song "La feria de los tontos". About the latter Varela expressed: "I have been composing «La feria de los tontos» for more than a year and now is when I feel it is beginning to breathe." The song will be part of the next album by the author of "Monedas al aire".

Sweet Lizzy Project is a young group born in Cuba and based in Nashville, which primarily cultivates rock and roll music. The quintet stands out for the incredible voice of its singer Lissette Díaz.

Varela is considered one of the most iconic voices of the Nueva Trova Cubana. His songs, almost in their entirety, constitute anthems for Cubans, both in their personal lives and when it comes to discussing Cuba's political situation.

The musician, based in Miami for some time, has been performing in the city over the last few months with great attendance, who come to listen to the troubadour's classic songs, but who also expect new proposals like the one he will release next month.
