Kelvyn Espinosa is a Cuban actor who became famous for his role as Denys in the telenovela "La Cara Oculta de la Luna," where he shared scenes with actress Ariana Álvarez Amador, who played Yamina, his teenage love in that series that addressed thorny issues of Cuban reality.

After leaving Cuba and moving to the United States, Espinosa traded acting for gastronomy and became a professional chef. Currently, he works for an events company in Miami and shares his recipes and experiences on the social network TikTok, where he receives the affection of his Cuban followers, who still remember him for his work in television and theater on the island.

Espinosa was born in 1982 in Rodas, a municipality in the province of Cienfuegos, in central Cuba. From an early age he had to make sacrifices to pursue his dreams, such as leaving his family and going to Havana.

In a recent interview with Cubalite magazine, he confessed that having a daughter was the main reason that drove him to seek a better future away from Cuba, in Miami. Before leaving the island, he had already worked as a waiter in a well-known Cuban restaurant in the capital.

In 2016 he first arrived in Texas, United States and then moved to Miami, where he did everything, from carrying cement in a mine, in warehouses, as a driver, cutting trees, etc. Now, on TikTok he shows his day-to-day life and the delicious dishes he prepares as a private and professional chef.
