Young Cuban violinist will participate in Ibero-American Virtual Orchestra

The young Cuban violinist, Jorge Enrique Amado Molina, will participate in the Iberoamerican Virtual Orchestra, which will premiere on Sunday, May 17 to celebrate the Iberoamerican Year of Music.

Along with 122 other young musicians from other countries, Amado will have the opportunity to play under the direction of Mexican maestro Arturo Márquez.

The initiative responds to the IBERORQUESTAS Juveniles program, of Iberoamerican Cooperation, dedicated to the artistic and human development of children and young people, through music education and orchestral practice.

Graduated with a gold degree and the most well-rounded student at the National School of Music in the specialties of Violin and Theoretical Studies in 2016, the young man is currently in his fourth year at the University of the Arts (ISA) in the specialties of Composition (with maestro Juan Piñera) and Violin (with maestro Carmen Amador).

The Iberoamerican Virtual Orchestra Common Project is dedicated to all people who are going through difficulties in these hard times, to whom it sends a message of hope.
