Haydée Milanés and Chucho Valdés perform together "La Gloria eres tú"

Last Friday, August 10, Haydée Milanés performed in concert at the Habana Café at the Meliá Cohíba hotel, with special participation by Chucho Valdés and Argentine singer Patricia Sosa, with whom the Cuban pianist recently released an album.

This video shows an exquisite musical moment from the night, in which Milanés performed the famous bolero "La Gloria eres tú" (by César Portillo de la Luz), masterfully accompanied on piano by Chucho Valdés.

Haydée Milanés shared the images on her Facebook profile accompanied by a message: "It was a privilege to sing alongside maestro Chucho Valdés. Thank you for the opportunity."

Recently it was reported that Haydée Milanés, who is preparing her next album, has invited fellow Cuban Pancho Céspedes to record a song together.
