Cuban footballer Marcel Hernández undisputed leader of his national team in Costa Rica

Marcel is not only the championship and Cartaginés leading scorer, but also a fundamental piece in the constitution of Hernán Medford's team, which today is in first place in group B.

In addition to his talent as a scorer and footballer, Marcel has become a leader who directs his teammates, before, during and after matches.

His sporting enthusiasm is contagious and full of warmth for all the elements of the blue and white team.

Last Sunday, in the victory against Saprissa 2 goals to 1, the Caribbean player once again demonstrated this.

This is not the first time this has happened; when the foggy ones were not performing well in tournaments past, the "black" raised his voice internally and made himself heard with the purpose of helping his team play better and therefore obtain victories.

Hernández has made a deep impact both in the club and in the fans.
