Enrique Almirante Completes His Second Film in English "A Royal Makeover"

Cuban actor Enrique Almirante has finished filming his most recent English-language film, titled "A Royal Makeover". This is his second production in that language, following his starring role in "Coyote Cage" last year.

With the goal of establishing himself in the American market, Almirante has worked tirelessly over the last six months, participating in two film projects that, according to him, have passionate him and presented new challenges.

"A Royal Makeover" does not yet have an official synopsis or release date, but it is known that the actor will play a character named George. On his social media, Almirante expressed his gratitude to the production team, describing it as "the best team".

The actor began filming his first English-language feature film, "Coyote Cage", in October of last year. This production, backed by Amazon Prime, tells the story of a group of Mexican immigrants who find themselves trapped in a human trafficking network and seek refuge in a safe house that turns out to be anything but.

Playing Nomar, a coyote, in this drama of terror and suspense, Almirante referred to the film as "a very real story these days and brought to the screen with great courage".

The actor studied acting at the National School of Art ENA and at the Superior Institute of Art ISA. From a young age, he stood out for his talent and was considered for leading roles in films by renowned Cuban directors such as Fernando Pérez, Daniel Díaz Torres, Jorge Perugorría, and Gerardo Chijona.

Almirante is especially remembered for his participation in "Fátima" and in the popular Netflix series "Cuatro Estaciones en la Habana", with which he won the Platinum Award for Best Casting. In addition to having developed his career in Cuba and the United States, he has experience in Colombia and Spain.

For several years now, the actor has resided in the United States and is the son of the also famous Cuban actor of film and television, Enrique Almirante, who passed away in 2007.
