Eme Alfonso presents his new DVD 'Voy'

The album Voy (en vivo) by composer and singer Eme Alfonso, recorded in December 2018 during the launch of the homonymous album at a concert at the Teatro Mella, has just arrived today in DVD format on digital platforms.

According to the artist, this album marks a new stage in her musical career: "it is the work I have been most satisfied with so far, it has weight on my conscience because of its lyrics, its melodies, its arrangements, for making me reconcile with my roots," she said.

"That concert made me learn from my own mistakes, I greatly developed my intuition, it made me grow so much as a director, in addition to being a performer," expressed Eme, who was in charge of directing the audiovisual, which includes the 10 tracks from the album. It bears the seal of the Empresa de Grabaciones y Ediciones Musicales (Egrem).

She also said that this material was her gift for "all those forced to stay at home, so they can feel the experience of a live concert like Voy, which we have polished and cherished so much."

"I want to remember that it premiered in these difficult times and that it made my quarantine happier because of the fact of working on it and its launch," she added.

The concert is available on the artist's YouTube channel, which today has been joined by other musical Internet platforms.
