The Cuban wrestler Mijaín López will seek his fourth and final Olympic gold in Tokyo

The Cuban Greco-Roman wrestler Mijaín López, ranked as the second best in the history of that discipline, confirmed that he will retire after competing in Tokyo 2020, where he aspires to a fourth Olympic gold for a grand finale.

With an exceptional career backed by five titles in Pan American competitions, five others as world champion and three-time Olympian, López is already among the pantheon of Cuban sports glories and legends and is one of the most successful of all time at the international level.
