The prominent former baseball player from Villa Clara, Ariel Pestano Valdés, was discharged from the hospital on the morning of Thursday, June 21, after spending several days admitted to the Intensive Care unit of the Provincial Hospital Arnaldo Milián Castro for complicated Leptospirosis.
On this last day, Pestano had already resolved the fever that had kept him hospitalized, while other tests and medical analyses, indicated since the previous day, showed his health status to be completely normal, which is why the specialists decided to send him home with the indicated treatment and normal care for his complete recovery, which also includes the necessary rest that the well-known former athlete should observe.
