New Willy Chirino album available, "Sigo pa'lante"

Willy Chirino's new album, Sigo pa'lante is available starting this Friday on all digital platforms.

The Cuban salsa artist's record production includes 12 songs, some of them collaborations with other artists.

"After several years without releasing an album with original songs, this Friday, December 16th, my new album Sigo pa'lante comes out with 12 new songs and several collaborations. You can get it and listen to it on all digital platforms. Let me know if you like it and what your favorite song is," the musician wrote on his Instagram profile when announcing the release.

According to Willy Chirino, it is an album "in honor of all my people who have followed me throughout so many years of my career, we have created what for me is one of the best albums of my artistic career."

Along with the album came the premiere of the music video for one of the songs included on it, "La música," alongside Gilberto Santa Rosa.

"La Música is a celebration of that art that has given us life. It is the one that gives me and that takes away what takes away and gives me. The one that whispers and screams reality at me," the salsa singer assured when promoting the song and the audiovisual, using a fragment of the lyrics.

The song that gives its name to the album is one of the collaborations the singer did with Cuban reggaeton artist El Chacal.

Also part of Sigo pa'lante is his collaboration with Leoni Torres, "Para mi viejo," which premiered last year for Father's Day.

The version of the song dedicated to Cuba, "Que se vayan," in which Lenier Mesa, El Micha, Osmani García, Srta Dayana and El Chacal participated, is another one of the songs on this production.

Also appearing on the album is "Agua de marzo," a salsa version of the original by Brazilian Antonio Carlos Jobim, which he sings as a duet with his daughter Jesse.

Once again Willy Chirino bets on winning over his audience and above all getting them to dance with each song.
