Cuban singers and producers Dale Pututi and Nesty are among the performers lined up for the 2026 Billboard Latin Music Awards, set for Thursday, October 22, at the James L. Knight Center in Miami. Telemundo, which will air the show live with Peacock starting at 8 p.m. ET, added the duo in a new wave of performers announced in early October, according to the network and Billboard.

In its announcement, Telemundo described Pututi as a key figure in the evolution of reparto and Cuban urban music, and Nesty as an artist who blends tropical reparto with salsa, Latin pop and urban sounds. Hosted by Carmen Villalobos and Javier Poza, the ceremony caps Billboard Latin Music Week, scheduled for October 19-21 in Miami Beach. Former CNCO member Erick Brian, who teamed with the duo on "Efímero," is also on the performer list.

The gala caps a strong stretch for the pair. On September 29, Billboard reported exclusively that Pututi (Alejandro Arce) and Nesty (Ernesto Alejandro Galguera) had signed with Warner Music Latina. "That this alliance is happening here in Miami, our home, makes it even more special," they said in a statement at the time. Their song "Los despechaos" with Tito El Bambino gave them their first Billboard chart entry this summer.

Each had a solo career before they joined forces on the 2025 EP "2049," followed by tracks such as "Tata (La Conga)" and "Personaje (La Rumba)" that have helped carry reparto to a wider audience.
