A Cuban woman, for the first time, will be one of the judges in the upcoming The Voice competition. It is Sory Pérez, one of the most important young artists from the Island, who currently resides in the United States.

"When I left Cuba, I did so with the total conviction that my life would change completely. But I was far from imagining that I would become passionate about my new profession #vocalcoach. Happy to be part of this project in the #session2 of #lavoz. Grateful to @jeanmusica and @dannycoastvibes eternally. Never stop dreaming and fighting for what you want", the artist has written on her Facebook profile.

Sory worked with Santiago Alfonso at the Cabaret of the Gran Casino de Montecarlo, in the Principality of Monaco, which evidently contributed to her career as a soloist, although she also performed in some functions of the Lizt Alfonso company, with the work Amigas, in which she shared the stage with Niurka Reyes and Ivette Cepeda.

Many people have congratulated the singer on social networks.

Sory shared on her social networks a photograph of the event credential that was given to her and assured that she feels very happy because this is a transcendental step in her artistic career.

Furthermore, the young Cuban woman who works as a music teacher in Miami, said that when she arrived in the United States she did not think that she would have the opportunity to work in such an important competition as The Voice.
