Cuban actress Camila Arteche gets emotional saying goodbye to the team with whom she shared four months of filming in the Dominican Republic for the series in which she is part of "Coolie".

"I'm going to miss you so much, the filming won't be the same without you," the artist said on her Instagram, a space where she reflects on her last days in that country that she bids farewell to with a mix of joy and sadness:

"My little heart is overflowing with love. Filming in the Dominican Republic has been a gift but its people made all the difference. My eyes are still swollen from crying happy and sad tears"

In "Coolie", a series set in the 19th century that deals with enslaved Chinese workers in Cuba, Camila Arteche will play the character of María, which according to her is this series her 'best project':

"Although Coolie still has a long way to go to finish filming, I can say that it is without a doubt, the best project I have participated in and its people have made the difference. See you in Panama family!"

Louise Wong is the actress from Hong Kong, protagonist of Coolie, who plays a young woman from southern China who travels to Cuba to marry a politician who works on a sugar cane plantation.

Cuban actor Sian Chiong is also part of the cast of the Coolie series, which is under the direction of renowned Taiwanese-American director and screenwriter Arvin Chen.
