Carlos Saladrigas

Carlos Saladrigas is a Cuban-American businessman and chairman of the Cuba Study Group. He co-founded the human resources services company Vincam Group, acquired by ADP in 2000. He holds degrees from the University of Miami and Harvard Business School.

Born in Havana, he arrived in the United States in 1961 through Operation Pedro Pan. His public activities have included support for Cuban entrepreneurship and exchanges between the island and its diaspora.
