Arruebarruena and Yera will play in México

The Cuban baseball players Erisbel Arruebarruena and Yoanni Yera will play with Los Algodoneros de Guasave, from the Mexican Pacific League, whose season begins this Thursday.

The Cuban Baseball Federation explained that shortstop Arruebarruena has already joined the club, after traveling from the United States; and that pitcher Yera recently finalized his contract, processed digitally. He is awaiting that the arrangements bear fruit for him to travel.

Los Algodoneros are based in the city of Guasave, Sinaloa, and display in their showcases the championship won in the 1971-1972 season, when they were barely completing their second year in that circuit.
