Andy Pages returns to the Dodgers after a month out with a fractured hand

The Los Angeles Dodgers activated Cuban center fielder Andy Pages from the 10-day injured list on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, True Blue LA reported. Pages had missed 27 games after fracturing the fifth metacarpal in his left hand on August 21, when a 100.2 mph fastball from Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Bubba Chandler struck the back of his hand.

Born December 8, 2000, Pages returns without a minor-league rehab assignment. Before the injury he was hitting .272/.338/.458 with 21 home runs, 80 RBIs and 12 steals in 550 plate appearances, and he was the everyday center fielder for the National League West champions (96-60).

Rotoballer, citing Katie Woo of The Athletic, and NBC Sports had earlier reported that manager Dave Roberts planned to bring him back during the homestand. His return strengthens the outfield for the final week of the regular season and the postseason push.
