Ana de Armas stars in new action film Ballerina

The new American action film, Ballerina, directed by Len Wiseman, a spin-off of the John Wick saga, will star Cuban actress Ana de Arma.

The film, which is being shot in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, has already completed four months of filming in that city. "We still have one more month left," the actress recently expressed, nominated this year in the best female acting category for the Oscar, Bafta, Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild awards for her performance in Blonde, the film about the life of Marilyn Monroe.

According to Prensa Latina (PL), De Arma commented on Jimmy Fallon's television program The Tonight Show, that her whole body hurts from the action scenes. "I complain, it hurts, I have bruises. Bond lasted fifteen minutes. This is an entire movie, another level," comparing the current fight scenes with those from No Time to Die, alongside Agent 007.

Among the most anticipated in 2023, according to specialized media, is Wiseman's feature film, known for his work on the Underworld film saga, Live Free or Die Hard and Total Recall.
