The CD Pueblo Griffo, by Alexander Abreu and Havana D´Primera, from the Páfata Productions label, will have its official presentation in Pueblo Griffo, in Cienfuegos, the place where the artist was born, following his return from the upcoming international tour that will take him to Europe. The announcement was made by Abreu himself, at a press conference held at the Café Miramar cultural center, of Artex.

Matilde Valdivieso, general manager of the Clave Cubana Artistic Representations Agency, of Artex, to which the trumpeter and composer and his orchestra belong, explained that Pueblo Griffo is already available on all digital platforms and that, once back in Cuba, the group will perform in plazas, parks and cultural centers throughout the country.

Highlighting the virtues of Alexander Abreu and the creative process of this new production, which sees the light following the success achieved by the orchestra with its previous album Será que se acabó, which features songs performed by several of the best Cuban dance bands of the 80s and 90s, spoke his musicians Amaury Pérez Rodríguez (trombone), Tony Rodríguez (pianist) and Guillermo Valera del Toro (percussion), and André Bressling, director of the Páfata Productions label.

Dedicated to his hometown and his parents, Pueblo Griffo includes 12 songs, among which stand out the one that gives the album its title, and CU-PR, in which Puerto Rican salsa singer Gilberto Santa Rosa participates.
