Cuban journalist Maray Suárez, former commentator for Cuban TV News, became another communicator from the island who in recent times has made the decision to settle in Miami, United States.

Suárez was, together with Talía González, one of the reporters for the "Cuba Dice" segment of the Cuban newscast.

The reporter, originally from Morón, in the province of Ciego de Ávila, shared on her social networks her business venture in the city of south Florida and now describes herself as an "emotional coach" for recently arrived migrants in Miami.

Suárez states that she is qualified to help those migrants "manage their emotions."

"I stopped being Maray Suárez, journalist on Television in my country to be Coach Maray, dedicating days and nights to prepare myself and study the human mind. (I still have much to learn). Today many still think it was crazy to leave the cameras, a studio, the name, the success," said the reporter on her Facebook profile while showing herself in an image, walking through the streets of Miami.

Her company is called "Mi manera de vivir," whose official headquarters is 1 Avenida, Miami, Florida. She also has a YouTube channel where she "teaches" migrants like her the "tips" to overcome insecurities and achieve dreams like she did.

"This is a place where we come together to give and do good through the practice of good energy, we do not talk about politics, ideologies, religions," adds the former TV presenter in Cuba.

Maray Suárez is actually a graduate of Pedagogy in Cuba, but worked for more than 20 years in the island's television media. First she was a correspondent for Ciego on National TV and later moved to the Cuban capital to establish herself as a commentator on national issues on NTV.

Her last report on the island's Caribe Channel was a year ago. Apparently, she went silent and left without drawing much attention, until she made her business venture in Miami public a few weeks ago.
