Tito El Bambino and well-known Cuban singer and songwriter Lenier Mesa shared details of a new musical collaboration. The artists were seen from a recording studio in Miami and officially announced the song titled Solo tú.

Although the musicians did not inform when this song will premiere on digital platforms, they did let a fragment of the ballad be heard, which is dedicated to the people that one loves, and out of pride, lets go.

"I came to tell you that this is the key way to approach that person and ask for their forgiveness," commented El Patrón in the Instagram clip where they revealed part of the melody and lyrics of Solo tú: "If I were to be born again I would choose you again/ You with your crazy way of making me happy and me being so foolish/ If I were to choose again I wouldn't lose a moment/ In trying to fix it all and start from scratch".

With a smooth but quite catchy rhythm, and slight touches of reggaeton, the song also comes with Lenier Mesa's voice in the choruses. Apparently the Cuban was behind the composition and musical arrangements of this collaboration with the famous Puerto Rican.

In the recording that quickly went viral on social media, in addition to the singers, was Marco Pérez, the well-known Venezuelan influencer and TikToker, known artistically as Marko. Everything indicates that his presence is part of a promotional strategy for the launch of Solo tú.

A few weeks ago, in early April, Tito El Bambino was on vacation in Cuba. Days later the urban musician arrived in Miami and surprised his followers with a story on his social media. The interpreter of the hit Felina, shared in a recording studio a very special moment with Cuban singer Lenier Mesa. That was the first time a collaboration between the two was discussed in the media.

In the video that the Puerto Rican shared at that time through his Instagram account, Lenier could be seen arriving at a music studio, where El Bambino was, and Venezuelan musician Oscarcito, identified on his social media as Yakozuki. In the clip you can see the artists hugging and declaring their nationalities. Cuba, Puerto Rico and Venezuela, posted about the video with the flags of their respective countries. However, until now they had not confirmed this union.

Lenier Mesa is one of the most popular Cuban musicians in recent times. The song that launched him to stardom and made him known has been recorded in salsa rhythm, ballad, cumbia, bachata, mariachi; as a solo artist and as a duet, and has been sung by renowned artists.

Cómo te pago, premiered in 2020 for Mother's Day, along with a music video that on YouTube has already accumulated 77 million views. It was also winner of the Latin Grammy Award for Best Tropical Song.
