# Iraisel Pintueles Confirms Divorce from Volleyball Player Leo Leyva After Just Over a Year of Marriage

Cuban influencer Iraisel Pintueles confirmed her divorce from Cuban volleyball player Leonardo "Leo" Leyva, just over a year after the two married in Havana in an intimate ceremony that was closely followed by thousands of social media users.


The confirmation came briefly and without a formal statement. During an Instagram question-and-answer session, a follower asked her directly: "Are you divorced?" Iraisel replied with a simple "Yes," without offering details about the reasons for the separation or specifying whether the legal process had already concluded.


The response put an end, at least publicly, to weeks of speculation about the state of the relationship, after followers of the influencer noticed changes on her social media, including the absence of photos with Leyva.


Iraisel Pintueles and Leo Leyva married on May 23, 2025, in Cuba, in an intimate, family ceremony that drew significant attention on social media given both of their profiles: she as a figure followed by thousands of Cubans online, and he as one of the Cuban volleyball players with an established professional career abroad, currently in South Korea.


Iraisel is the widow of Cuban reggaeton artist El Dany, who died in July 2020, with whom she had a daughter, Daniela.
